Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Larger furniture pieces may require scheduled freight delivery, which can take up to 14 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Tsunoda ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for large furniture items, a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

How can I track my order?
